The aim of the course is to acquaint students with current issues related to old age and aging in the context of dynamic changes in society. Students will be acquainted with selected diagnoses and their clinical picture.
They will learn to apply this knowledge when working with seniors. An integral part of the course is getting acquainted with the ten how to communicate with patients suffering from dementia. The course is designed theoretically and practically. At the end of the course, a sample case study will be prepared for students.
