The aim of the course is to acquaint students with issues related to people with mental disabilities. Students will be acquainted with mental disabilities in children and adults in the form of theoretical and practical demonstrations.
Following the mental disability, students will also be introduced to the issue of dementia in both children and adults. Students will get acquainted with the possibilities of working with individuals with mental disabilities from the perspective of helping professions.
